It’s time to take back your life! The first step is taking control over your health- whatever that means to you. Whether you’re trying to lose the bloat and a couple pounds or deal with the nagging heart burn, there are small action steps that can make monumental changes in your life. As a health coach my responsibility is to be the best accountability partner to help you reach the goals you’re setting for yourself. All of our actions are a series of habits that are good or bad for our health and we’ll work for 90 days to make a couple tweaks to your habits that will set you up for lasting change.

I’m Samantha

I’ve dedicated my life to becoming the healthiest version of myself and in the process I’ve learned more than I could have ever imagined about nutrition and it’s connection to mental health. My passion has always been in the mental health field and after years of studying the mind and body connection, I finally pursued my calling to help others. As a health coach, I help clients find what works for them to make it stick. No fad diets. No judgments. Just a friend to walk beside you as you make the change in your life you’ve been craving for so long. I’d be honored to stand beside you on your journey to the healthiest version of you.
